About the role

The Company Nurse provides prompt, efficient medical care to all employees, ensuring their health and well‑being during work hours. This role involves assessing and triaging health concerns, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with external providers as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and medical assistance to employees on site.
• Assess, triage, and manage employee health concerns promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date medical records, including the HMO database.
• Coordinate referrals and follow‑up care with external medical providers.
• Develop and oversee health and wellness programs, including mental‑health initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with employees.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Experience in medical documentation and record‑keeping.
