Company Nurse (Construction Site)

About the role

The construction company seeks a qualified Company Nurse to provide on‑site medical support for its workforce in Talomo District, Davao City. You will be the primary health professional responsible for maintaining employee well‑being and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor employee health trends and maintain confidential medical records.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, vaccination drives, and health screenings.
• Lead health education campaigns on mental health, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of experience as a company nurse.
• Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines.
• Willingness to attend face‑to‑face interviews and work onsite.

• Competitive salary ranging from PHP 30,000 to PHP 35,000 per month.
