Company Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Company Driver to operate our fleet, transport staff, guests and materials, and handle messenger and liaison tasks for various offices and agencies. The role combines safe driving with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, guests and materials as directed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct regular inspections (oil, water, tires, brakes) and keep a logbook of trips, mileage and fuel consumption.
• Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Perform messenger and liaison duties to government agencies (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, LGUs), banks, suppliers and partner companies.
• Process and deliver company documents, permits, payments and checks on time.
• Assist in purchasing and delivering office or operational supplies and support filing, inventory and other errands.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling company documents.

Required profile

• High School or vocational course graduate.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a company driver or liaison staff.
• Good knowledge of Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2 or 3).
• Professional, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
