Community Pharmacist – Siargao Branch

About the role

Ideal Drug & General Merchandising Inc. is seeking a licensed Community Pharmacist to join its Siargao branch. This full‑time, on‑site position works Monday to Friday and focuses on accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications accurately.
• Provide patients with counseling on proper medication use, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Maintain and update electronic pharmacy records and ensure compliance with Philippine pharmacy laws.
• Manage inventory, verify stock levels, and handle medication returns.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in the Philippines with a valid PRC registration (new board passers welcome).
• Willingness to relocate to Siargao.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills; speaking Cebuano or Bisaya is preferred.
• Honest, kind, and patient‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems.
• Experience using electronic records.
• Competence with standard office applications.
