Community Manager (Web3)

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic digital tribal leader to own and energise our Partyhat ecosystem. As the front‑line cultural catalyst, you will shape the tone, engagement and growth of our community across Discord, Telegram and emerging channels, turning raw chat volume into a strategic asset.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the daily energy, tone and interaction standards in all core community spaces.
• Recruit, train and manage a global team of moderators, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
• Conceptualise, launch and host high‑velocity events such as live audio sessions, digital tournaments and viral campaigns.
• Translate unstructured community feedback into clear, actionable product insights.
• Lead real‑time crisis management during product launches, technical incidents or market volatility.
• Optimise the onboarding funnel to educate and integrate new members instantly.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or scaling highly active online communities, especially in Web3.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to defuse high‑stakes situations.
• Willingness to be hyper‑available, handling critical surges seven days a week.
• Deep understanding of tribal psychology, user retention and digital asset communities.
