About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Community Manager & Sales Specialist to join our team. This is not an entry-level social media role. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of growing Instagram accounts, building engaged communities, and converting conversations into sales.

Key responsibilities

Manage Instagram DMs and comments daily.
Build genuine relationships with our audience.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Help grow our Instagram presence and engagement.
Work closely with our content and marketing team to identify what performs best.
Represent our brand with professionalism and speed.

Required profile

Proven experience growing Instagram accounts.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Fluent written English.
Highly organized and responsive.
Results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with CRMs and Instagram management is a plus.
