Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for driving engagement across our social channels, ensuring timely and professional interaction with our audience, and creating compelling content that aligns with campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Social Media Strategist and Account Manager to schedule and publish content accurately.
• Maintain the social media content calendar, covering always‑on posts and paid campaigns across business units.
• Develop FAQs and response guides, and respond to comments and private messages promptly.
• Prepare test/demo links for internal and client approval before publishing.
• Collaborate with the Media, Creative, and Digital Content Production teams to ensure visual and copy quality.
• Monitor social media trends and propose creative ideas for campaigns.
• Create engaging captions, copy, and short‑form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok.
• Hands‑on experience with Instagram Reels.
• Hands‑on experience with YouTube Shorts.
