Community Associate – Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Community Associate to be the front‑of‑house ambassador of Prosmash. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm, professional welcome while supporting daily reception operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, manage check‑ins and court bookings, and handle walk‑in inquiries.
• Maintain attendance logs, booking schedules and assist new members with onboarding and facility orientation.
• Promote club programs, classes, events and memberships; upsell packages, merchandise and coaching sessions.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and support promotions, referral programmes and event registrations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with coaches and operations staff on schedules, report incidents and member feedback.
• Assist with tournament, league and social‑event logistics, including crowd flow and registration.
• Capture basic social‑media content such as photos or short videos when needed.

Required profile

• College degree or graduate in business, hospitality, sports or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, gym or club environments; fresh graduates with strong people skills may be considered.
• Excellent communication, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Familiarity with booking software.
