Communications Associate – Graphic Designer

About the role

The Communications Associate (Graphic Designer) will join the Partnerships, Communications and Reports (PCR) team of WFP Philippines. Based in Manila, the incumbent will support the creation of high‑quality visual communications that convey WFP’s humanitarian work to donors, partners, beneficiaries and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials in line with WFP brand standards.
• Collaborate with communications, advocacy and donor‑reporting teams to translate complex data and stories into visual formats.
• Maintain a library of visual assets and ensure consistency across all external and internal communications.
• Support social‑media campaigns and digital platforms with engaging visual content.
• Assist in preparing visual components for donor reports, advocacy briefs and programme documentation.

Required profile

• Filipino national with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design for humanitarian, development or non‑profit contexts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create clear, impactful visual materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
