About the role

Recovery Advisers is seeking a Commercial Lawyer / Recovery Manager to join its international team. The role focuses on handling export‑related credit claims, developing recovery strategies, and supporting clients throughout the dispute resolution process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claim files and ensure progress aligns with company guidelines.
• Examine and investigate export transactions to identify reasons for default.
• Design and negotiate appropriate recovery strategies and amicable settlements.
• Develop and oversee judicial recovery strategies for commercial disputes.
• Provide regular updates and advice to clients on claim status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Experience in international commercial transactions and law is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
