Commercial Business Partner - Manager

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Commercial Business Partner Manager to join its SEAC Commercial team in Makati. You will act as a key advisor at the intersection of financial requirements and consulting delivery, helping to drive the regional commercial agenda, support pricing strategy and improve financial performance across the consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inflight reviews of strategic, high‑value projects to ensure compliance with commercial, pricing and delivery best practices.
• Track and monitor the financial health of engagements, addressing financial matters promptly.
• Collaborate with partners and the Pricing team to price services across PwC Consulting’s portfolio, underpinned by robust commercial analysis.
• Analyse portfolio performance and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
• Build and maintain commercial tools, templates and self‑service functionality to improve pricing effectiveness.
• Propose and implement process improvements and support the establishment of service teams for SEAC or ASEANZ.
• Deliver training to uplift pricing capability across business teams.
• Maintain a repository of major pricing commitments and master service agreements to ensure contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in consulting, professional services or a related commercial function.
• Proven ability to work with C‑suite leaders, partnership groups, industry and client leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis and pricing strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement commercial tools and processes.
