Commercial Account Manager – MEA (Commodity Market Data)

About the role

Argus is seeking a proactive Commercial Account Manager to cover the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region from our Manila office. You will sell market data, price assessments and reports, helping clients make informed commercial and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Argus market data, price assessments and reports to customers across the MEA territory.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage the renewals process and maintain strong relationships to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver value and ensure clear renewal pathways.
• Act as a trusted advisor, promoting new products, promotions and gathering client feedback.
• Administer accounts using Argus’ CRM system and related technology.
• Liaise with Editorial and Business Development teams to stay updated on product offerings.
• Provide market trend insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of B2B sales experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident and results‑driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in data or intellectual property sales is a plus.
• Arabic and French language skills are desirable.
