Cold Caller

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller to make outbound calls to targeted prospects, qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales manager. This role focuses on security‑related cost and guard turnover challenges and requires a consultative, natural conversation style.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided lead lists sourced from Sales Navigator and Apollo.
• Identify and qualify leads based on security cost concerns and guard turnover pain points.
• Follow a consultative approach to understand prospect needs and schedule qualified appointments.
• Maintain detailed call logs and track metrics such as number of dials, call volume, and appointments scheduled.
• Communicate professionally and naturally with prospects throughout the call process.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and professional communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet, engage in natural conversation and handle rejection.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Sales experience is a plus; no prior industry experience required.
