Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Mortgage & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to connect with Realtors across the United States. You will introduce our specialized lending services, educate Realtors about investment‑property financing, and schedule qualified appointments with our Principal Broker. This role focuses on relationship building rather than high‑pressure sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to Realtors using provided lead lists.
• Introduce the company’s investment‑property lending solutions and explain business‑purpose financing.
• Identify Realtors who work with investors, rental buyers, fix‑and‑flip, construction loans, or commercial real‑estate.
• Position the firm as a trusted financing partner for investment transactions.
• Schedule qualified appointments with the Principal Broker and perform live call transfers when appropriate.
• Follow approved scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Handle objections professionally, build rapport, and document outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain timely follow‑up with interested prospects and participate in mock‑call assessments.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication with a professional phone presence.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable engaging with Realtors and other business professionals.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work reliably from a remote setup.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and call activities.
