Cognitive AI SAP Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Cognitive AI SAP Developer to drive business value by translating high‑level requirements into technology‑enabled solutions. You will work at the intersection of SAP and AI, shaping innovative models and operating frameworks that accelerate transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI‑enabled SAP solutions and assess the current state of processes.
• Capture high‑level business requirements and define innovative, technology‑driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into SAP and AI models, leveraging SAP Build Process Automation and Joule Studio.
• Develop business cases and guide the implementation of key projects that improve efficiency and growth.
• Integrate Joule Skills and AI agents with SAP and non‑SAP systems via APIs and OData services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Core expertise in AI Workforce SAP, SAP Joule Studio development, and SAP Build.
• Strong understanding of low‑code/no‑code development, rule‑based logic, and event‑driven automation.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services, data privacy, and compliance controls.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), subaccounts, entitlements, and Cloud Foundry environments.
