Coaching Assistant – Zoom Session Support

About the role

The Coaching Assistant supports virtual coaching sessions for children, ensuring smooth Zoom operations and accurate documentation. This onsite, night‑shift position is ideal for recent graduates or career shifters who enjoy working in an educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist coaches in facilitating seamless Zoom sessions with children.
• Record attendance and track points earned by participants.
• Take detailed notes on significant events, discussions, and behaviours during sessions.
• Distribute session assets such as slides, games, music, and other activities.
• Create and maintain rosters, manage rescheduling, and handle delegated client tasks.
• Observe and log any red‑flag behaviours or verbal/chat concerns, reporting them promptly.

Required profile

• 0–1.5 years of customer service experience; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite during night shifts and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Highly responsive, proactive, and reliable with good organizational abilities.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
