CMMS Helpdesk & Administrator

About the role

The Helpdesk/Admin (CMMS) provides frontline technical support and administrative oversight for the organization’s Computerized Maintenance Management System. You will be the primary point of contact for CMMS users, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and an optimal user experience while supporting facility management and maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels; configure system settings and customize workflows.
• Perform regular database maintenance, including data cleanup, validation, and optimization.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Train new users, develop user guides, and conduct refresher sessions.
• Enter and validate work orders, asset records, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory information.
• Generate reports on work order completion, asset performance, maintenance costs, and system utilization.
• Collaborate with maintenance, facilities, and IT teams to integrate the CMMS with other business systems and coordinate system updates.
