About the role

Sleek is seeking a client‑facing Accountant to manage the off‑boarding of its SME clients in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate financial reconciliations, documentation and compliance to ensure smooth transitions and maintain financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute client off‑boarding cases, handling final account reconciliations and report preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Identify inefficiencies or risks in existing off‑boarding processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent communication with clients during the off‑boarding phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a client‑fronting Accountant.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to work efficiently using online collaboration tools.

Required skills

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
