Client Success Team Lead – Virtual Assistant Accounts (Remote)

About the role

The Client Success Team Lead owns the partnership between Magic’s virtual assistants (EAs) and their clients. You will coach, develop, and guide a roster of remote assistants while ensuring high client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple clients, run daily stand‑ups and provide real‑time coaching.
• Develop and track performance metrics, create and follow development plans.
• Lead daily video calls with international clients (US, Australia) to optimize EA workflows.
• Maintain SOPs for key EA functions and oversee smooth team transitions.
• Monitor performance using HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and Penthouse.
• Flag billing questions to the billing team and submit a daily Account Lead Pulse report.
