Client Success Specialist (Spanish/French)

About the role

Axi is seeking a bilingual Client Success Specialist to join its support team in the Philippines. You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish‑ and French‑speaking traders, delivering high‑quality assistance across multiple channels and helping to retain and grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional multi‑channel support (ticketing, live chat, email) to standard and premium traders.
• Tailor assistance to client segments, offering guidance that drives retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and report recurring issues or trends to internal teams, influencing product and IT roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve client problems and support market expansion.
• Apply a solution‑oriented approach, conducting layer‑1 trade investigations and validations.
• Handle escalations, document cases thoroughly, and ensure resolution within agreed timeframes.
• Escalate complex matters to senior managers with complete information.
• Undertake additional tasks that support Axi’s broader business objectives.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in financial services, trading, banking, insurance, or payments.
• Proven experience using ticketing and live‑chat support channels.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and/or French.
