About the role
Razer is looking for a Client Success Manager to protect and grow high‑value enterprise clients. You will guide customers through the full onboarding cycle, help them achieve their goals with the RGDH platform, and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new clients to ensure a smooth start.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align Razer Gold solutions with client objectives.
- Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with senior decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Operations to champion partner needs.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or similar client‑facing roles, preferably in startup or enterprise‑level technology environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and build strong relationships.
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in reporting, planning, and profitability metrics.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, values‑led approach.
