Client Solutions Manager – Digital Marketing (Philippines)

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager will act as a consultant to both external clients and internal stakeholders, helping brands translate their marketing objectives into measurable business outcomes. The role involves staying current on product developments, market trends, and competitor activity while delivering holistic, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on product adoption, strategy, and optimization to align marketing goals with business results, including clients in China.
• Develop Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions such as BLS, CLS, and Ad Effectiveness across full‑funnel campaigns.
• Drive adoption of Pixels and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) where applicable.
• Create narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and up‑skill clients.
• Review media plans, set up campaigns, monitor performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Own “Always On” content and performance objectives to support revenue targets.
• Analyze and present post‑campaign data, insights, and actionable next steps.
• Build trusted relationships with internal cross‑functional teams and external client teams.
• Track revenue impact and share market learnings across the Client Solutions organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client services within digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, with vertical expertise in Gaming, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Experience in performance marketing for apps and/or web properties.
• Solid grasp of media metrics and their implications.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
