About the role
The Client Onboarding Integration Specialist & Data Analyst will work closely with our clients to design, implement and maintain integrations between their systems and leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This position operates in a hybrid environment, combining remote work flexibility with occasional on‑site collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of customer integrations with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather integration requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
