Client Intake Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist to join a growing psychology practice. In this remote position you will be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking psychological services, turning warm enquiries into well‑matched appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective clients and their families.
• Gather necessary personal and health information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Match client needs with appropriate psychologists and schedule appointments.
• Provide clear information about services, fees, and preparation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the practice’s intake system.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth hand‑over of new clients.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when handling sensitive topics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
