About the role
We are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to manage end‑to‑end insurance claims for our Australian client. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering accurate and compliant claim outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Process insurance claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Verify claim details for accuracy and compliance with policy terms and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with policyholders, insurers, and internal teams to gather required information.
- Maintain claim records in the system and update status regularly.
- Meet service level agreements and contribute to continuous improvement of claim handling processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in handling insurance claims.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
