Civil Engineer – Site Supervision & Project Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to lead daily site supervision and ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves identifying on‑site issues, developing practical solutions, and supporting the project engineer throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor all project installations.
• Identify problems on site, propose and implement effective solutions.
• Assist the project engineer in maintaining compliance with schedules, budgets and design specifications.
• Evaluate equipment and workforce requirements to meet design standards.
• Ensure project completion dates are met in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Uphold legal, safety and compliance standards on the construction site.
• Handle construction projects with or without a licensed engineer, as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Commitment to legal and safety standards and overall compliance.
• Ability to work independently on construction projects.
• Possession of BOSH and/or COSH accreditation or certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• BOSH certification (or equivalent safety training).
• COSH certification (or equivalent safety training).
