Civil Engineer

About the role

ArchEn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor civil and structural construction activities on‑site in Mandaue City, Cebu. The role ensures that all works are executed in line with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manpower, material, and equipment needs for assigned tasks and coordinate corrective actions for site issues.
• Inspect workmanship, review construction and shop drawings, and coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections and testing.
• Track project progress against schedules, participate in coordination meetings, and report delays or technical concerns to the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection records, and other documentation while ensuring safety compliance and supporting punch‑listing and project turnover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in construction.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Mandaue City.
