Civil Engineer for Bataan Project

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Civil Engineer to lead quality assurance and control activities for a major construction project in Bataan, Philippines. The successful candidate will ensure that all works meet project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all quality‑related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct specialized inspections on small to large, complex capital projects.
• Assess and determine acceptance or rejection of services and completed work.
• Prepare daily QA inspection reports and track corrective actions.
• Verify that sampling, testing, and documentation are performed correctly.
• Coordinate material testing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Issue and track non‑conformance reports and customer complaints.
• Maintain and distribute project quality documentation and support audits.

Required profile

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience monitoring building or infrastructure construction projects.
• Ability to pass drug test, physical exam, and background check.

Required skills

• Construction inspection and QA/QC procedures (PQP/ITP).
• Material testing coordination.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines, Structural Code, Fire Code, Philippine Electrical Code, and Mechanical Engineering standards.
• Familiarity with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection scopes.
