Chief of Staff

About the role

Dance Yourself Fit is scaling rapidly across Europe and needs a strategic partner for its CEO. The Chief of Staff will translate the company’s vision into actionable plans, oversee day‑to‑day execution and embed AI‑driven automation throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the CEO’s primary operational partner, managing priorities, follow‑through and communication.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows from scratch, replacing manual processes.
• Lead strategic projects end‑to‑end, from scoping through delivery and post‑implementation review.
• Own operational health, including the software stack (HubSpot, ClickUp, ClickFunnels, n8n), vendor relationships, cost audits and migration of automations from Zapier to n8n.
• Establish reporting standards, scorecards and weekly summaries for the leadership team.
• Represent the CEO in cross‑functional decisions when unavailable.
• Manage the Operations Manager and coordinate with all team leads.
• Drive training, SOP migration and documentation using AI tools.
• Enforce new operational standards and hold teams accountable.
• Oversee team growth through performance reviews, development plans and coaching.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations or senior business‑management role, preferably in a startup or founder‑led environment.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, custom skills and end‑to‑end tool integrations.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute tasks and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence without authority.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of maintaining focus on long‑term objectives.
