Chief Engineer

About the role

The Chief Engineer will oversee all engineering operations for a residential property in Cebu. This senior position is responsible for maintaining equipment, improving facility efficiency, and proposing upgrades that enhance resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all building systems and equipment.
• Monitor and assess the efficiency of facilities, recommending improvements.
• Lead and coordinate the engineering staff and other personnel involved in property maintenance.
• Address technical concerns raised by unit owners and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and present proposals for residential improvements and upgrades.

Required profile

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance.
• Previous experience in vertical residential properties is an advantage.
