Chief Engineer

About the role
The Chief Engineer will oversee all engineering operations for a residential property in Cebu. This senior position is responsible for maintaining equipment, improving facility efficiency, and proposing upgrades that enhance resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of all building systems and equipment.
- Monitor and assess the efficiency of facilities, recommending improvements.
- Lead and coordinate the engineering staff and other personnel involved in property maintenance.
- Address technical concerns raised by unit owners and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and present proposals for residential improvements and upgrades.
Required profile
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
- Extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance.
- Previous experience in vertical residential properties is an advantage.
