About the role

Telesys is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Chat Support Representatives in Malate, Manila. This non‑voice position involves handling customer inquiries through online chat and messaging platforms in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or career shifters looking to start a career in customer service without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Process requests such as updates, tracking, and account changes.
• Document all interactions in the system and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college education is a plus).
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work onsite in Malate, Manila on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
