About the role
This position provides essential support for certification audits within the Management Systems division. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will help ensure that audit processes, documentation, and certificate issuance meet the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule certification audits.
- Maintain and update ICMS records and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of certificates in compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate audit findings and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with auditors and internal teams.
