Central Planner – Logistics & Delivery Scheduling

About the role

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing delivery schedules across all sites in the Philippines. The role ensures that delivery plans are accurate, timely, and support safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations while meeting customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect status of deliveries, trucks and drivers at assigned sites.
• Check sales orders and download data from SAP.
• Communicate order status and clear orders for release.
• Download final sales orders, attend daily stock‑management meetings, and schedule routes for the Paragon route.
• Prepare, confirm, and finalize route and release plans, then send them to sites for document printing.
• Update master data, generate MIS reports and analytics, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare prior‑day performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders.
• Reconcile failed or returned cylinders and respond to route‑plan queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical).
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics planning, preferably in compressed‑gas or engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of distribution concepts, logistics processes, and safety systems.
• Knowledge of company policies, defensive driving, transport practices outside the Philippines, basic flowmeter operation, basic tanker‑filling theory, and basic finance/accounting.
• Valid driver’s license.
