About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Case Manager to join our remote team after an initial month on‑site. The role involves managing and tracking incoming attorney referrals for clients across applicable states, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, log and monitor attorney referral cases from clients.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date case records in the system.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with state‑specific regulations and deadlines.
  • Provide status updates and resolve any issues that arise during the referral process.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare or legal referral processes is a plus.
