Campaign Officer

About the role

The Campaign Officer will lead the planning, coordination and execution of Business Banking campaigns across loan and non‑loan products. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to drive acquisition, cross‑sell, engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns aligned with business and product priorities.
• Develop and maintain campaign reporting, analytics and data‑driven recommendations.
• Create and oversee rewards and loyalty programmes to boost acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CRM, EDM and Digital teams to ensure automation, targeting and seamless deployment.
• Integrate customer insights, market trends and competitor benchmarks into campaign planning.
• Support the Campaign Head with documentation, approvals and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing, campaign management or project management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
