CAD Architect – BIM & Design Specialist

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a CAD Architect to translate architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings and 3‑D models. The role supports sustainable infrastructure projects by ensuring designs meet codes, measurements and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze building specifications, codes and site conditions.
• Create technical drawings from architects’ sketches using CAD software.
• Enter CAD data into BIM systems to produce 3‑D models and renderings.
• Prepare drawings, charts and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
• Visit construction sites to take measurements and verify dimensions.
• Collaborate with architects and construction engineers to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural design technologies.

Required profile

• Architectural graduate (mandatory).
• Minimum six months experience as a CAD Architect.
• Ability to work on site visits and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience with BIM tools and processes.
