Business Travel Sales Manager

About the role

The Business Travel Sales Manager will lead corporate travel sales for Leeway Travel Agency from our Kawit office. You will manage existing business accounts, acquire new corporate clients and design customized travel solutions that meet their strategic needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of business and corporate travel clients.
• Identify and pursue new corporate accounts through lead generation and networking.
• Develop tailored travel proposals, negotiate rates and service agreements.
• Prepare budgets, monitor costs and ensure profitability of each account.
• Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to coordinate itineraries and resolve issues.
• Track sales performance, generate reports and recommend strategies for revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel sales, preferably in corporate or business travel.
• Strong sales and account‑management abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and pipeline management.
• Good understanding of budgeting and basic financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and client‑focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage accounts and reporting.
• Experience using booking platforms and standard office software.
