Business Systems Analyst - Sales Data

About the role

The Sales Insights and Analytics team at RingCentral is hiring a Business Systems Analyst in Manila. The analyst works across departments to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives that optimise operations, reviews sales account data and keeps it accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc or batch updates on sales accounts in Salesforce, following the organisation's Sales Rules of Engagement
• Run ETL processes to update data in Salesforce
• Review existing sales data for integrity and accuracy, extracting, reviewing and updating it with various tools
• Analyse business processes and current rules and policies to define sales data and accounts, and oversee their updates
• Develop and document process workflows that improve team efficiency and data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to build requirements and prioritise tasks

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in business process design and documentation, or similar work
• At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analysis or Configuration Analyst
• Ability to translate business rules into clear visual workflows
• Excellent oral and written communication, listening and presentation skills
• Critical thinking applied to data to support decisions
• Willingness to work a morning shift (6 am - 3 pm MNL) and a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

Required skills

• Intermediate Python for data analysis and wrangling
• Working knowledge of SQL and Salesforce (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with CRM and business intelligence tools such as Hadoop, Salesforce and Tableau
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce reporting
