Business Systems Analyst – Client Data & Operations

About the role

As a Business Systems Analyst at Salmon, you will own the end‑to‑end client data verification and update processes, building tools that reduce manual work and make operational output measurable. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and data, directly influencing operational efficiency, data quality, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes for manual client data verification and updates, using AS‑IS/TO‑BE mapping and BPMN.
• Develop and evolve an internal Creatio module from the ground up, defining user scenarios, workflow logic, and ongoing improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, define and track operational metrics such as processing speed and queue status, and use SQL to investigate data and root causes.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional and system specifications, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to implement end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and optimization, including AS‑IS/TO‑BE mapping with BPMN or similar tools.
• Proficiency in working‑level SQL for data investigation and hypothesis testing.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to define, analyze, and improve operational metrics independently.
• Fluent English for business communication and collaboration with international teams.
