Business Relationship Officer – West Avenue

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center in achieving volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The position is based at the West Avenue branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related program.
• Ability to thrive in a sales and banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, financial management and risk‑management controls.
• Knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies and procedures.
• Experience in account management and familiarity with bank products and services.
