Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, you will help drive sales of retail banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in meeting sales objectives.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related program (minimum 4‑year graduate).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability, leadership mindset, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and financial management principles.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies, and account management.
