Business Relationship Officer (Commonwealth)

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center in achieving its volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. The role is based in the Commonwealth region and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and ensure accurate recording of action plans.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Identify and acquire new customer accounts while fostering existing relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (minimum 4‑year program).
• Proven ability to work in a sales and banking environment.
• Strong adaptability, leadership mindset, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk‑management controls and credit evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
