Business Relationship Officer (Banking Sales)

About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume targets by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC banking products. Based at the Lipa Ayala Hi‑Way branch, the role works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in meeting monthly and daily sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Identify prospective customers, acquire accounts and promote cross‑selling of banking products.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
- Ability to work in a sales‑focused banking environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk‑management controls, and credit evaluation.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures and retail banking products.
