Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that boost customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and overall business growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Operations, and other business stakeholders to deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer, marketing, and operational data to uncover trends, behaviors, opportunities, and risks.
• Generate actionable insights that drive acquisition, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Monitor key business and campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and loyalty campaigns and recommend optimization strategies.
• Segment customers and identify opportunities for personalized engagement and targeted campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with Python and/or R (advantage).
• Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
