Business Intelligence Analyst – Microsoft Data Stack

About the role

Transform data into actionable insights as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer. You will build and maintain end‑to‑end BI solutions using the Microsoft data stack and collaborate with Operations, QA, and Workforce Management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain BI solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS.
• Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Automate reporting and data processes with Python and Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on Business Intelligence or Data Analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
