Business Finance Controller - Transactional

About the role

The Business Finance Controller – Transactional will act as a strategic partner to the Business Unit, ensuring growth and profit targets are met through rigorous financial planning, reporting and analysis. You will anticipate risks, support new business models such as e‑commerce, and collaborate closely with business heads to implement corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit end‑to‑end accurate reporting of business results, trends and opportunities on a quarterly basis.
• Partner with business teams to provide feedback on sales, margin and cost trends.
• Conduct business reviews, presenting data, highlighting risks and opportunities, and tracking action plans.
• Assist management in understanding financial inputs and their implications.
• Drive profitable growth, cash generation, margin improvement, OPEX efficiencies and price increases across the product range.
• Identify and develop productivity actions across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; CPA, CIMA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 + years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a people‑management role.
• Proven full P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting and risk‑management experience.
• Strong business‑partnering ability with a track record of driving financial performance.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments and exposure to transformation projects.
