Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales revenue for our gift‑solutions business. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales and eager to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned chain‑store and wholesaler accounts, developing strategies to increase sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire fresh customers.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients, build relationships, follow up on leads, and close deals.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including quotation, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
• Learn and utilise company sales tools such as Odoo, Airtable, and CRM systems, including AI‑powered sales assistants.
• Take initiative to spot opportunities, flag issues early, and follow through without supervision.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales with a results‑driven mindset.
• Confident communicator comfortable making phone calls.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to adapt to new software and AI tools.
• Self‑starter with high ownership and initiative.
• Good written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
