Business Development Manager – Remote (IT Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a strategic consultancy provider on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on generating new business in the IT sector, primarily targeting customers in the US, UK and EU.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers (Director level and above) in target organisations.
• Manage the complete 360° sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using the Pipedrive CRM.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven tech‑sales experience selling into the US, UK or EU markets.
• Demonstrated success in short‑cycle, full‑cycle B2B sales.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Stable career history with a focus on meeting and surpassing targets.
• Professional LinkedIn network of 400+ connections.
