Business Development Manager

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition across the Philippines. After a three‑month training period you will be expected to secure at least five new hotel clients each month, working remotely while travelling to meet prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to hotels and conduct face‑to‑face presentations of Exely’s online solutions (≈70% of activity).
• Generate leads through cold calling, cold visits, events and marketing support.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into signed contracts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitality professionals.
• Provide market research and insights to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
• Excellent communication skills in Filipino and advanced English.
• Proven sales experience with a focus on active prospecting.
• Experience in TravelTech or SaaS hospitality products is a strong plus.
• Comfortable making cold calls and cold visits and handling objections.
