Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) at TRT drives growth by positioning the company as the preferred partner for IT server storage and networking solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospect outreach to contract signing, while collaborating closely with the lead generation team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TRT policies and procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, from initial client contact to deal closure.
• Collaborate with Telesales – Lead Generation Associates to enhance prospecting and meet benchmarks.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct meetings with prospective clients to qualify opportunities and secure new business.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in NetSuite.

Required profile

• Well‑organized with the ability to expedite complex sales cycles.
• Genuine interest in delivering technically complex IT solutions.
• Quick learner of IT services and products for effective sales engagement.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, goal‑oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week to achieve objectives.
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively with C‑level executives.
